How long does it take to receive my order?
Every hat is made to order. Plan on 10–15 business days from order to your door — that window covers production and transit together, not one after the other.
Custom designs — anything where I build artwork specifically for your unit, aircraft or airfield — work a little differently. I email you a digital proof first, and the 10–15 business day clock starts once you approve it. Nothing goes into production before you sign off.
How much is shipping?
Free on U.S. orders over $58. Under that it's a flat $10 anywhere in the U.S. Canada is $20. International rates vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Can I customize my hat with my squadron's patch or design?
Yes! That's exactly what we're built for. Use our custom hat builder to pick your hat style and design, or visit our Request a Custom Order page for squadron bulk orders.
What hat styles do you offer?
Seven, in three closures:
- Snapback — Richardson 112 (classic trucker, mid-profile structured front), Richardson 115 (low profile, shorter crown and flatter visor), Richardson 169 (7-panel, flat bill, laser-perforated performance polyester), Legacy Old Favorite (relaxed trucker, soft washed front)
- Adjustable strap — Richardson 326 (peached twill dad hat, unstructured), Legacy Relaxed Twill (washed twill dad hat, curved bill)
- Fitted — no strap — Flexfit 6277 (structured cotton blend, Permacurv visor). This is the only cap that isn't one size: choose S/M or L/XL. If you're between sizes, go up.
Every one of them can carry your squadron, aircraft or custom design.
Do you offer bulk or squadron orders?
Yes! We specialize in squadron and unit orders. Orders of 12+ are quoted individually — better per-hat pricing, real shipping cost, and a design proof before we cut anything.
Plan on 3–4 weeks for a bulk run, depending on the size of the order and product availability. I'll strive to get it out as soon as possible, but with large operations we all know it can take a few extra days — and I'll keep you updated on status along the way. What is your return/exchange policy?
Because our hats are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. If there is a defect or error on our part, we will replace the item at no cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order directly through Shopify's order status page linked in your confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do offer international shipping to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, and more.
