How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Custom hat orders may take 7–10 business days depending on design complexity and current demand.
Can I customize my hat with my squadron's patch or design?
Yes! That's exactly what we're built for. Use our custom hat builder to pick your hat style and design, or visit our Request a Custom Order page for squadron bulk orders.
What hat styles do you offer?
We offer four styles: Richardson 112 (Classic Trucker), Richardson 115 (Relaxed Trucker), Legacy Old Favorite (Relaxed Fit), and Richardson 169 (Low-Profile). Each can be engraved with your squadron, aircraft, or custom design.
Do you offer bulk or squadron orders?

What is your return/exchange policy?
Because our hats are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. If there is a defect or error on our part, we will replace the item at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order directly through Shopify's order status page linked in your confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
