Shipping policy

I'll get your order out ASAP. Just like any sortie, we can plan it over and over, but we all know things change constantly.

Turnaround

Every hat is made to order. Plan on 10–15 business days from order to your door — that window covers production and transit together, not one after the other.

Custom designs — anything where I build artwork specifically for your unit, aircraft, or airfield — work a little differently. I email you a digital proof first, and the 10–15 business day clock starts once you approve it. Nothing goes into production before you sign off.

Shirts are printed by my partner company, Stitched Industries LLC, and ship within the same 10–15 business day window. Delivery can vary based on blank stock availability and carrier transit times. If anything on your order is going to run long, I'll tell you rather than leave you guessing.

Squadron and bulk orders — plan on 3–4 weeks, depending on the size of the run and product availability. I'll strive to get your order out as soon as possible, but with large operations we all know it can take a few extra days. I'll keep you updated on status along the way — you won't have to chase it. The turnaround clock starts when payment clears, not when you submit the request.

  • Free on U.S. orders of $58 or more
  • Flat $10 on U.S. orders under $58
  • Canada $20
  • International rates vary by destination and are shown at checkout

We ship to APO/FPO addresses — figure about 10 days to most locations once the package is moving.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it from the order status page linked in your confirmation email.

If something slips

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and I can't control the carrier once a package leaves my hands. That said, if your order is running long, you will hear from me — not the other way around.
