How does the ordering process work?
Select your hat style, add it to your cart, and enter your design details in the order notes at checkout. We'll email you a digital proof within 1–2 business days for your approval before production begins.
What design info do I need to provide?
Just describe what you want — text, aircraft type, tail number, unit name, squadron patch, logo, or any combination. You can also attach reference images, drop your own artwork, or describe what you're going for. No artwork? No problem — we'll design it for you at no extra charge.
What patch colors are available?
We offer 6 leatherette patch colors: Rawhide Pebbled/Black, Rawhide/Black, Dark Brown/Black, Black/Silver, OD Green/Black, and Charcoal/Black. Select your patch color in the product options when you add to cart.
What hat styles can I choose from?
We carry four Richardson styles: the 112 Classic Trucker (most popular), the 115 Classic Trucker, the 169 Low Profile Snapback, and the Legacy Old Favorite Relaxed Fit. Each listing has size and fit details.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimums — you can order one hat or a hundred. Every order gets the same care and personal attention. For bulk squadron or unit orders, contact us directly about group pricing.
How long does production take?
Once you approve your proof, production typically takes 5–7 business days plus shipping time. Rush options may be available — just reach out before ordering.
Can I add text to the back or sides of the hat?
Currently our patches go on the front panel only. For additional customization (embroidery, side patches, etc.), contact us and we'll see what we can do.
