Hats for the 156th Airlift Wing — Puerto Rico Air National Guard, flying the C-130H3 out of Muñiz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico.

The 156th no longer flies the Herk, but the crews, the missions, and the tail flash don't disappear with the aircraft. This gear exists to keep that heritage alive — for everyone who wore the patch, turned the props, and carried the mission out of Muñiz.
