Choose your model

Snapback

• Richardson 112 – Classic Trucker. Mid-profile, structured front. Sits up tall and holds its shape. The most popular choice and the safest bet for most head sizes.
• Richardson 115 – Low Profile Trucker. Slightly lower crown than the 112. Still structured, but flatter and more relaxed.
• Richardson 169 – Wide Front. 7-panel with a wide, flat front panel. Best for larger or more detailed patches — the extra surface area makes the design pop.
• Legacy Old Favorite – Relaxed Fit. Soft, unstructured front with a broken-in feel straight out of the box. If you hate stiff hats, this is your pick.

Adjustable strap

• Richardson 326 – Peached Twill Dad Hat. Low-profile 6-panel in ultra-soft peached cotton with a precurved bill. No stiffener at all — it slouches in and stays comfortable. The off-duty option.
• Legacy Relaxed Twill – Dad Hat. Washed twill with a curved bill and a soft crown that sits low. The most casual cap on the board.

Fitted — no strap

• Flexfit 6277 – Cotton Blend Cap. Structured six-panel, mid profile, Permacurv visor, elastic sweatband. The only cap here that is not one size — it comes in S/M and L/XL, so pick your size with the hat. If you are between sizes, go up.

Six of the seven are one size fits most — four close with a snapback, two with an adjustable strap. The Flexfit 6277 is the exception: it is fitted, so choose S/M or L/XL.

How it works

1. Pick your hat and color. All seven models and every colorway we stock, in one place.
2. Choose your design graphic. Your aircraft, squadron patch, tail flash, or your own artwork. The standard aircraft design is included at no extra cost — premium aircraft-specific designs are +$5.
3. Choose your patch cutout shape. This is the physical shape of the leatherette patch — rectangle, oval, shield and so on. It is a separate choice from the design graphic above, and it is the step people most often mix up.
4. Choose your patch color.
5. Add text or extras — optional. Tail number +$2. Name or call sign on the front +$3. Rear patch available. Or leave it clean.
6. We build and ship. Made to order — I email you an artwork proof first, then it arrives 10–15 business days after you approve it

You approve the artwork first. We email a digital design proof before anything gets cut. Nothing goes into production until you sign off on it.
