How to Build Your Hat — Follow These Steps:

① Choose Your Design Graphic
The standard aircraft patch design is included at no extra cost. Premium aircraft-specific designs are available as upgrades for +$5. Note: the design is the graphic image on the patch only — not the shape of the patch.

② Choose Your Patch Cutout Shape
This is the physical shape of the leatherette patch (rectangle, oval, shield, etc.) — a separate choice from the design graphic above.

③ Choose Your Patch Color
Select the leatherette patch color.

④ Add Text or Extras (Optional)
Tail number (+$2), name/call sign on front (+$3), rear patch. Enter your aircraft/platform in the text field.

Care & Longevity

Spot clean only — hand wipe the patch with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging or machine washing.
Reshape while damp if the brim bends. Let air dry on a flat surface or hat form.
