The one you soloed in, the one you own a share of, the one you fly the line in, or the one you've always wanted. Tell me the aircraft, add a line of text under it if you like, and pick a clean patch or the flag version. I laser-engrave it into leatherette and put it on the hat you pick.

How to order

  1. Pick your hat — choose your model, then your color from the swatches that appear.
  2. Your aircraft — make and model (e.g. Cessna 172, Piper Cherokee, Cirrus SR22, Beech Bonanza, King Air 350, A320, 737-800). The more specific, the better.
  3. Standard or flag — just the airplane, or your airplane over an American flag.
  4. Text under the aircraft — optional. Tail number, home field, flying club, or anything short.
  5. Patch color and shape — pick the leatherette and the patch cutout.
  6. Upload a photo — optional, but a side shot of your airplane gets the first proof right.

Once your order is in, I'll send a digital proof for your approval before anything goes on the laser.

Richardson 115 — Low Pro Trucker
Same hat as the 112 with a shorter crown and flatter visor. Sits closer to the head.
Richardson 169 — Cannon
High-profile 7-panel, flat bill, laser-perforated performance polyester. No mesh — the whole cap breathes. Water resistant.
Legacy OFA — Old Favorite Trucker
Relaxed 6-panel, soft washed front, mesh back. Broken-in the day it arrives.
