Every squadron has a tail flash that means something — your aircraft, your colors, your story. We'll reproduce it exactly as it appears on the aircraft, in full color, on a precision UV-printed leatherette patch. Just follow the steps below and we handle the rest.

How to order:

1. Pick Your Hat — select your hat style and color from the options above
2. Enter Your BASE — the installation your unit is assigned to (e.g. Dyess AFB, JBER, Peterson SFB)
3. Enter Your UNIT — wing or squadron designation (e.g. 130th AW, 55th RQS, 403rd Wing)
4. Enter Your AIRCRAFT — the airframe your unit flies (e.g. C-130J, HH-60, C-17, KC-135)
5. Upload a Tail Flash Image — a photo of the aircraft tail, unit patch, or any reference image helps us match it exactly (optional but highly recommended)
6. Squadron Option — add your squadron name to the patch for +$8, or select "No Squadron" to keep it tail-flash only

Once your order is placed, we'll build a digital design proof and send it for your approval before production begins.
